About the Role:
As a Legal Assistant, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the organization and act as the backup for the CEO's assistant. Your tasks will include:
- Supporting experts in preparing and handling committees, seminars, or presentations and drafting topical memos.
- Managing the team's schedule and handling logistical aspects. Monitoring parliamentary activities using specialized information websites.
- Handling formalities related to the operation of a nonprofit organization (publication in the Belgian Official Gazette, etc.).
- Organizing decision-making bodies (General Assembly and Board of Directors).
- Updating websites via a CMS.
- Assisting with agenda management and acting as backup for the CEO's assistant.
The profile we are looking for.
- English (minimum C1)
- Proactive, thoughtful, organized and flexible
- Ability to work autonomously and dynamically and establish contacts smoothly
- Command of IT tools (Office suite, SharePoint, CRM)
- Perfect written communication skills
- Interest in legal matters
- Healthy team spirit
