Our client, an international law firm with a diverse and multicultural team, is seeking an experienced Management Assistant to support partners and lawyers in their Brussels office.

Temporary Management Assistant (M/F/X)

Functieomschrijving

  • Provide high-level administrative and personal assistant support: diary management, correspondence, presentations, calls, and messages.
  • Coordinate complex international travel, meetings, and client arrangements.
  • Organise and support client meetings, conferences, and internal events.
  • Manage electronic and paper files, ensuring proper filing of all documents.
  • Handle extensive email management and respond to queries in lawyers' absence.
  • Assist with billing processes: gathering information, checking drafts, and liaising with partners and the billing team.
  • Provide ad hoc support to visiting lawyers, maintain client databases, and handle occasional external errands.

Profiel

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • French: native-level; English: full professional proficiency; Dutch: an asset.
  • Strong MS Office skills; formal secretarial training is a plus.
  • Professional, proactive, discreet, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented, detail-focused, flexible, and confident
