As an Administrative Coordinator your responsibilities are:

  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks for the Secretarial & Business Support department.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation and records with precision.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars effectively.
  • Support in communication between various departments and external stakeholders.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the office by managing supplies and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative processes.
  • Provide support during special projects or events as needed.

Profiel

A successful Administrative Coordinator should have:

  • A background in administration or a related field.
  • Experience in handling administrative tasks in a professional environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
