Our client is a well-known Law Firm located in the centre of Brussels, easily accessible by public transports.

Description de la fonction

As a Management Assistant:

  • You are responsible for the administrative tasks for the lawyers
  • You are responsible for the organisation and coordination of the meetings
  • You will organise the travel arrangements
  • You will archive, photocopy and scan documents
  • You will do proof-reading and you will be responsible for layouts of documents
  • You will be responsible for the main mail-box
  • You will deal with the invoicing and the expenses of the lawyers

Profil

As a Management Assistant:

  • You are trilingual (Dutch, French and English)
  • You have a Bachelor in Office Management
  • You are proactive and discrete
  • You are accurate, rigorous
  • You are a Team player and you have a positive mind
  • You have an interest in the Legal Sector
  • You are looking for a challenging opportunity where respecting the deadlines is crucial

Offre
