As Team Manager Contracting, you oversee the daily management and organization of your team, which handles order entry and service activation. You ensure effective alignment with other stakeholders when introducing new products and procedures, and you translate decisions both upward and downward.

You play a key role in aligning new products and processes with stakeholders, ensuring decisions are effectively communicated up and down the chain. You’re also the driving force behind automating fulfilment activities, focusing on speed and accuracy to deliver a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you safeguard role separation and access management within your team, translating policies into clear work instructions that are consistently applied in daily operations to prevent errors and fraud. Occasional (international) travel to other locations is included in this position. In your day-to-day work, you are responsible for adequately managing the risks in your processes and enhancing a risk culture in which employees understand their role when it comes to protecting CCV for unwanted risk exposure.
