Functieomschrijving
- Organising both internal and external meetings and events
- Processing data in Excel, preparing PowerPoint presentations for internal and external communication
- Managing and organising the office (ordering office supplies, managing and following up external service providers, welcoming clients and suppliers, etc.)
- Travel arrangements
- Providing administrative support to the HR department
- Involved in project management and fleet management
- Following up telephones, managing correspondence and e-mail messages
- Agenda management and scheduling appointments
- Archiving and filing documents
Profiel
- You have very good language skills (Dutch, French and English);
- MS Office Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel hold no secrets for you;
- You are an organisational talent, can set priorities and respect deadlines
- Although you are a team player, you can work independently;
- With a positive attitude, you like to take initiatives;
- You work very accurately, are discrete and communication is your strength;
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in Office Management or at least equivalent experience/diploma
