For our Head Office situated in Brussels (Ixelles), we are looking for a motivated Part-time Recruitment Assistant to support and actively participate to the further development of one of the Robert Walters divisions and its business. You will directly report to the Manager and work hand in hand with a team of 3 dynamic and enthusiastic consultants. As a Part-Time Recruitment Assistant, you will:
- Help the team in day-to-day planning: booking of meetings etc.
- Assist in all administrative sides of the screening process: create candidates, plan interviews, adapt CV's, process files, update candidate files.
- Help adjust job descriptions to company format.
- Post vacancies on different job boards and ensure a correct follow-up by the consultants.
- Help set up client contracts.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks: create PowerPoints, maintain database, etc.
The ideal profile of the Student Recruitment Assistant:
- You have at least a bachelor's in administration or equivalent in experience.
- Very good knowledge of English combined with a good knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
- You have strong MS Office skills and can quickly learn new systems.
- You have excellent communication and prioritization skills.
- You are accurate, flexible and stress resistant.
- You enjoy working in a team but can work independently as well.
