Legal Manager & Business Development - Brussels & Leuven
Functieomschrijving
As Legal Manager, you will be responsible for a collections department and your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Coordinate and proactively organize the team's various activities according to prioritize and skills of each member of staff;
- Development of Flanders
- Training, supervising and motivating the team;
- Implement the most suitable collection scheme for the customer, in close cooperation with the and with the IT and accounting departments;
- Contact person for customers and employees;
- Ensure the department's growth and support the team in achieving its objectives;
- Design and monitor internal control procedures, document rules and operating methods methods;
- Reporting to directors and customers;
- Contribute to the implementation of new internal projects in order to continuously improve collection processes and procedures.
Profiel
- You have a Belgian Master degree in Law
- You have at least 5+ years experience as lawyer, legal counsel, legal consultancy.
- Proven experience in collections is an asset.
- You are rigorous, organized, analytical, proactive and reliable.
- You are sales-minded, results-oriented and solution-oriented.
- You are fluent in Dutch with conversational level of French is a major asset;
- You have a good knowledge of IT tools
