Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete order-to-delivery flow, providing best-in-class customer support to clients in the Italian market
- Handle both inbound and outbound communications to resolve customer inquiries or issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely updates in the system
- Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, sales, and finance to guarantee seamless order processing
- Provide ongoing status updates to customers, proactively follow up on pending orders, and track delivery timelines
- Suggest solutions for any service delivery concerns or process improvements

Profiel
Your Profile:
- Fluent in Italian and English (both spoken and written)
- Additional knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service/order management role is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reside in Belgium and able to commute easily to Zaventem
- Proactive attitude, team spirit, and solution-oriented mindset
- Competence with MS Office and CRM systems is a plus
