As a Customer Service OTC EMEA Region your responsibilities are:
- Oversee the complete order-to-cash (OTC) process for the EMEA region.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure accurate processing of orders and invoicing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage delivery schedules and logistics coordination.
- Monitor Product availabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
- Provide reports and insights to support decision-making processes.
- Manage Returns.
- Contribute to process improvements within the customer service department.
Profiel
A successful Customer Service OTC EMEA Region should have:
- Educational background in business, supply chain, or a related field.
- SAP Super User
- Experience in customer service OTC
- Proficiency in managing order-to-cash processes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
