Functieomschrijving

As a Customer Service OTC EMEA Region your responsibilities are:

  • Oversee the complete order-to-cash (OTC) process for the EMEA region.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure accurate processing of orders and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage delivery schedules and logistics coordination.
  • Monitor Product availabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
  • Provide reports and insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Manage Returns.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the customer service department.

Profiel

A successful Customer Service OTC EMEA Region should have:

  • Educational background in business, supply chain, or a related field.
  • SAP Super User
  • Experience in customer service OTC
  • Proficiency in managing order-to-cash processes.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
