As a Customer Service Officer (FR / NL) at our client, you will have the following responsibilities:
- You are the main point of contact for clients and partners. You also work closely with internal teams at our client.
- You ensure that the whole cycle runs smoothly for them, from planning to invoicing.
- You work closely with various internal teams and build lasting relationships with our B2B clients.
- You coordinate and schedule laboratory assignments so that everything is completed on time and in accordance with agreements.
- You handle incoming emails, phone calls and all practical questions from our clients and respond in a professional, solution-oriented manner.
- You are responsible for creating and accurately checking invoices.
- You accurately record client data and orders in the system.
Profiel
The ideal Customer Service Officer (FR / NL) at our client would have the following skills :
- Ideally 4 or 5 years of experience in a Customer Service Departement.
- An experience in invoicing and planning is a great plus !
- You are fluent in both French and Dutch (Mandatory).
- You are solution-oriented.
- You have great &nalytical and organizational skills.
