Our client PRECIBALL, world leader in the supply of industrial balls, is looking for an Area Sales Manager (GERM- EN- FR) to continue its development on the German market. The company is located in Callenelle, in the commune of Péruwelz.

Preciball has 2 distribution sites, one in Europe and one in the United States, and exports to more than 90 countries.

Your mission:

Under the supervision of the General Manager and within a team of 6 people, you are responsible for developing sales of industrial balls on the German market and in German-speaking countries.

Your tasks:

You prospect new customers and markets, mainly by phone and email;

You create and develop a relationship of trust with your existing customers, you are their unique point of contact for all requests (price offers, additional services, etc.), by telephone and / or email;

You ensure optimal administrative and commercial monitoring of offers and customer orders;

You analyze the results, you identify the strengths and weaknesses of the market and you identify growth opportunities among prospects and customers;

You identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions;

You keep abreast of new developments and you develop your knowledge in order to promote, develop and extend the Preciball product lines.


You ideally have a degree with commercial orientation;

You have a perfect command of German (read, written, spoken);

You have good knowledge of English and French;

You have significant and similar commercial experience (B2B) preferably in the industrial sector;

You are a born salesperson and have mastered telephone sales techniques;

You are dynamic, proactive and customer and results oriented;

You are resistant to stress;

You are organized and able to manage several files in a structured manner and have attention to detail;

You have good communication skills and interpersonal skills;

You have a real entrepreneurial spirit;

You are optimistic by nature, you get around challenges by being creative and you are persistent;

You are able to analyze the needs of the client and make specific proposals;

You are comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,…);

You are autonomous and have a team spirit.
