For his client, a company leader in the industrial sector in Belgium. Hays is looking for an Account Manager to develop and maintain a B2B client portfolio in Flanders.


As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term professional customer relationships through frequent customer visits. You will care for the further expansion of your customer base in the industry and installation companies sector. You realise market analysis by developing and keeping market and product knowledge up to date, identifying and following up opportunities with customers. You'll also be negotiating prices and conditions, concluding contracts and multi-annual framework agreements. You will also be in charge of the technical support of the customers.


The ideal candidate is customer oriented with a technical background linked to electricity or energy, he/she has sale experience in a related function. He/she has a strong personality with good skills in negotiation. We are looking for someone with hunting and farming skills, someone positive and result oriented.
