Description de la fonction
As a Sales Support Associate B2C for the Care Team :
- Will respond quickly and efficiently to incoming requests (data updates, payments, refunds, questions, requests for information, etc.) regardless of the channel the customer uses ;
- Will proactively contact customers to build long-term relationships (satisfaction surveys, quality control, etc.) ;
- Will you handle incoming complaints through various sources, regardless of the channel ;
- Will manage up- and cross-selling activities to offer new services or services that better meet customer needs ;
- Where necessary provide support and backup to the "Save" or "Inside sales" teams;
- Be backup to the reception team.
- Provide answers to questions before people leave on trips -- informing them of what they are covered for
Profil
- You have a bachelor's degree and counting as well as a first equivalent work experience (preferably in customer service) ;
- You have a perfect knowledge of the 2 national languages: French and Dutch (spoken and written), knowledge of English is a plus;
- You are results-oriented and attach great importance to customer satisfaction;
- You are a team player, collaborative and proactive;
- You have an analytical mind and communicate well.
