An Administrative Assistant position has just opened in a company active in the banking sector in Brussels. As an Administrative Assistant, you will evolve in a very versatile position, within an ambitious and growing company.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks
- Office: operational management of the office, ordering office supplies and monitoring stocks, contact with suppliers, monitoring the budget, welcoming visitors, managing incoming/outgoing mail and the general mailbox, etc.
- Events: Support in the preparation and coordination of events and activities (lunches, team-buildings, annual trip, etc.)
- Ad hoc administrative support (publication on the internal website, support to project managers, etc.)
