In this critical hybrid role, the Recruitment Operations Manager will partner closely with AB InBev, through our RPO WilsonHCG to oversee the end-end recruitment solution while providing proactive strategies to develop and optimize our delivery and exceed client expectations on site in Leuven, Belgium.
Leading a team of 30+ across Recruiting, Sourcing, Administration, and Early Careers you will be supported by Team leads to bring together the overall solution to deliver recruitment excellence to our client AB InBev.
What will you be doing: The Recruitment Operations Manager at WilsonHCG is a client-facing, hands-on and strategic partner to Recruiters, Clients, and the wider internal delivery team. The ROM has responsibility to achieve and exceed recruiting goals and year-over-year performance, supported by Team Leads managing Recruiters/Sourcers and Administrators who identify and qualify top talent for this client partnership. The Recruitment Manager will partner closely with delivery clients and recruiters to develop an in-depth understanding of assigned positions to build a strategy to target passive and active job seekers. In this role, the ROM acts as an industry expert in market trends, sourcing techniques and networking. Leading by example, the manager of the team will resolve weekly/monthly goals for Recruiters and drive team’s performance to meet and exceed these goals. Coaching, mentoring and training facilitation are core responsibilities for the Recruitment Manager.
- Responsible for supporting the mentoring, coaching and development of team, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, as well as building out performance improvement plans.
- Manage Team Leads both directly and indirectly driving performance results across the assigned account.
- Act as a consultative tactical partner by knowing the labor market and client’s business industry in order to provide extraordinary sourcing advising strategies.
- Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly goals, build out individual recruiter equations, make agile adjustments to goals.
- Handles all direct employee issues and processes, including ongoing performance management, appraisal process, and development planning.
- Full ownership of comprehensive reporting to Sr Leadership.
- Full understanding of contract details, P&L and account logistics in order to successfully lead team and direct their focus appropriately.
- Ensure team is educated on their metrics and their current SLAs outlined in the SOW and the impacts of missing or meeting those targets as it relates to the team performance.
- Strategically forecast resourcing needs, proper allocation of resources and requisition assignments to maintain a top level of customer service and support.
- Assess and measure client satisfaction, responding with urgency when situations arise and taking dedicated steps to ensure a high level of productivity.
- Champion a strong culture across the team.
- Identify and prioritize short and long term goals as it refers to the account teams performance
- Maintain data integrity by auditing the team’s metrics, process adherence and administrative compliance on a weekly basis, at minimum.
- Determine and communicate weekly goals to team members as applicable.
- Strong partnership and collaboration with members of Sr Leadership, Clients, and external partners.
