- You are ultimately responsible for developing a streamlined HR strategy
- You translate the strategy into processes / procedures and into concrete action plans, budgets and KPIs
- You set up a performance culture together with the management and with department managers. You monitor everything closely and adjust where necessary
- You ensure a workplace with happy employees, who know the mission, vision and goals of the company and their role in it
- You enjoy keeping your HR knowledge (soft and hard) up-to-date and using this knowledge to create a distinctive, working HR policy
- You perform occasionally operational HR tasks
- You manage a small team (6 people) and work with the prevention advisor to promote quality awareness and a culture of preventive work
Profiel
- Preferably you have a Master's degree and at least 10 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- You are communicative and know how to get people on board. You have experience in creating a culture of involvement, cooperation and teamwork
- You translate strategic plans with ease into concrete work plans and actions for highly skilled people
- You are a practical person who knows how to set priorities quickly
- You are not afraid to take operational tasks
- You express yourself fluently in Dutch and English
