Your team- Bart, the Chief Operating Officer to whom you report, has a strong knowledge and background in Procurement and is a very experienced manager with years of experience in the food industry. Like all managers here, his door is open and his communication is open and direct. He expects you to think and work strategically to improve/renew the sourcing of our packaging materials while also working hands-on to take Procurement to the next level.
- Your team will consist of 3 people. Bart V, Procurement Officer, is still new in his position but has already gained 12 years of experience at Beyers Koffie and in procurement, and 2 Purchasing Officers, Christina & Yara, working out of our Service Center in Lebanon. You'll sit with Bart V and colleagues from Logistics, Marketing and Operations. Besides enjoying tasty waffles and sour candies, they are always open to a good joke.
- Your training will be determined based on your knowledge and experience. Of course, we provide the necessary onboarding and introduction to various team members.
