As our new IT Delivery Manager, you will be based within the Monetization domain. More specifically you will be working in the product teams that are responsible for different sales funnel solutions within Mediahuis. To excel in your role, we offer you a clear understanding of your responsibilities:
As our new IT Delivery Manager, you will be based within the Monetization domain. More specifically you will be working in the product teams that are responsible for different sales funnel solutions within Mediahuis. To excel in your role, we offer you a clear understanding of your responsibilities:
- You are responsible for translating the business vision into a roadmap describing your organisational and technology solutions;
- You are also accountable for the budget of all platforms under your management;
- You keep track of short- and long-term goals.;
- Based on your substantive expertise, you know better than anyone how to inspire and manage your colleagues in Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Germany to achieve the goals;
- Together with the coaches, you are responsible for the continuous development of your employees;
- You are responsible for setting up the cross-domain architecture;
- You are responsible for all products in the domain;
- You act as a point of contact for business, business partners, coaches and fellow Delivery Managers.

We do believe that 3 years of experience within a similar position is going to help you be successful, as well as a proficiency in both Dutch and English. You are willing to travel several times a week to our offices in Antwerp and Amsterdam. Experience within a marketing-driven environment is a plus.
