As HR Officer, you ensure accurate payroll and smooth HR processes, supporting employees and managers while contributing to a reliable and pleasant working environment.Your responsibilitiesPrepare and manage full payroll administrationProcess payroll changes, expense claims, and attendance recordsCheck timesheets and temporary agency invoicesDraft employment contracts and maintain personnel filesSupport recruitment and interview schedulingAct as first point of contact for HR queriesTrack sickness absence and liaise with health servicesPrepare HR reports and support training programmesContribute to HR projects and process improvements
