Our partner Volvo Group offers round-the-clock assistance with emergency breakdown services for trucks and busses all over Europe and provides its customers (especially truck dealers) with technical advice. We are looking for a financial problem solver with knowledge of English and Swedish:

FINANCIAL PROBLEM SOLVER SWEDISH
The main focus of this department is to deliver the ultimate experience for the customers during and after the breakdown of the truck and give them a long-lasting impression the Volvo brand. As a problem solver, you will handle the financial areas for your market. You support the dealers in their native language and handle essential information within the designated systems. You follow the defined finance process keeping the customer needs and business goals in mind. You will follow up on incorrect invoices and ensure that the invoices are paid in time. To do this, you have frequent contacts with your markets.
For this job as financial problem solver, you are fluent in English and Swedish; knowledge of any other European language is an asset. You are customer-oriented, have a positive attitude and good communication & problem solving skills. We're looking for a team player who can work independently, is stress resistant and can plan & organize his/her work individually; but always keeps the team goals in mind. You are well organized with a preference for working with administrative issues and making things run smoothly. This is a temporary position until September 2020.
