Field technician
Functieomschrijving
As an ATM Technician, you are responsible for diagnosing issues, repairing ATM machines, and ensuring they operate reliably and efficiently.
- Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs on ATM machines
- Perform preventive maintenance and replace components when required
- Communicate clearly with customers and reassure them during interventions
- Accurately log all interventions and activities in the system
- Maintain your tools, laptop, and service vehicle in good condition
Profiel
- You have a technical secondary education (electronics, electricity, IT, etc.) or strong technical intuition with a willingness to learn
- You speak English fluently, it is a must
- Knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset
- You enjoy working independently and interacting with customers
- You are flexible and comfortable with a varied schedule
- You hold a valid driving licence category B
Aanbod
- €17.90/hour (approximately €3,100–€3,300 gross per month)
- Company car with private use
- Laptop, professional tools, and mobile phone
- A comprehensive 10-week training program to become an ATM specialist
- 8-hour workdays from Monday to Friday
- One Saturday per month (8:00–16:30) with a compensation day during the week
- Occasional on-call duty on Saturdays, with additional pay
