You will be in direct contact with customers and end consumers and work closely together with the sales team, the marketing team, the planning team, the service after sales team and the logistics department.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and follow up orders in an accurate way
- Answer in a clear and efficient way to any queries from customers and end consumers to maximize the customer loyalty. This includes product information, information about availability of products, price requests, service after sales info, etc.
- Resolve complaints and disputes from customers and end consumers in a professional way
- Provide support to the sales force
- Manage credit notes, debit notes and return notes
- Maintain an up to date product knowledge
- Provide general support to other projects whenever required
- Deal with reviews/comments on social media
Applicants should ideally:
- Be multilingual with a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
- Have knowledge of Excel
- Have SAP experience (is not a must)
- Be customer and service oriented
- Be accurate and communicative
- Be a team player
- Be flexible, pro-active and show problem-solving skills
- Perform well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing priorities
