- Organisation of meetings
- Monitoring activities between meetings
- Management of documentation related to the working groups.
- Act as a point of contact between the Manager and External Members
- Answering phone calls, taking messages
- Organise meetings, prepare agenda, send minutes of meetings
- Organise travel
- Follow-up on files and actions
- Take notes of meetings
Profiel
- Experience of minimum 2 years
- Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Powerpoint and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise the daily workload
- Work in an organised, pro-active manner
- Interest in European affairs
- Excellent knowledge of spoken/written English (C1 minimum)
- Good knowledge of French (B2)
- Any other language (Dutch, German,..) is a plus.
