Job description

Do you have experience in a technical Customer Service environment and want to go to the next step of your carreer ? 

As Team Leader talent, you

  • Are a natural people manager … motivating, coaching, evaluating and guiding your teammembers sounds like music in your ears. At Orange you are responsible of a team of +/- 15 teammembers.

  • Have the end to end responsible for your team and detect areas of development in your team.

  • Take all necessary actions to reach the defined objectives and to maintain the Service Level Agreement

  • Also initiates necessary actions in order to improve the customer satisfaction or efficiency.

  • Regularly collaborate with other teams… in our fast moving environment we have a lot of new projects that we have to implement.

You also evaluate and anticipate the possible impacts of these projects on your daily business. Together with our process team, you challenge new and existing work instructions and make sure that partners apply the appropriate guidelines

You are also closely involved in the recruitment process of new members of your team. 


Are you our ideal candidate?

  • Do you have a Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience?

  • Do you have at least 5 years relevant experience in a customer service environment

  • You ideally already have a people management experience of 2 to 3 years in a call center or customer service environment.

  • You are PC literate (MS Office Tools, reporting tools  ...)

  • You have an analytical spirit and you have a continuous improvement reflex and you can think process wise.

  • You are a strong communicator and this in Dutch, French & English.
