Personal Assistant in a law firm (English/German/French)

Job description

  • You organise and prioritise workload and keep a level-headed approach in a busy working environment
  • You arrange conference calls, lunches, travels, and help with the preparation of internal and external meetings and events
  • You maintain up-to-date filing system to allow lawyers to find and use documents easily
  • You manage the agenda of lawyers
  • Yout take accurate and comprehensive telephone messages for lawyers and deal with queries from internal/external callers
  • You manage the client villing and you are in charge of the follow up of outstanding bills
  • You maintain the client database up-to-date

Profile

  • Excellent level of English, you are fluent in German and French
  • You have strong written communication and computer skills with advanced knowledge of PDF & MS office tools
  • You are attentive to detail and have great planning skills
  • You already have experience as a Management Assistant, Personal Assistant, ideally in an international environment
  • Of you have an experience in a law firm, it is a real plus
