Our client, an international Financial Service based in Brussels, is currently looking for an Office Assistant/Receptionist to strengthen its administrative team.

Job description

As an Office Assistant/Receptionist, you will have the following tasks:

  • Be the first point of contact for internal and external actors and provide them accurate and timely answers
  • Perform general reception tasks: answer the phone, take and relay messages, provide information to callers
  • Monitor external visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Organise and plan accommodation and transportation
  • Agenda management
  • Coordinate, book and organise meeting rooms (audio-visual setup, catering, ...)
  • Provide first level support for configurations and administration of telephone, meetings and conference calls
  • Manage office supplies and make orders when required

Profile

As an Office Assistant/Receptionist, you have the following profile:

  • Bachelor degree in Office Management or similar, or equivalent by experience
  • A first experience in administration (than can also be a relevant internship)
  • You have excellent spoken and written English and French languages skills. You also have a very good command of Dutch
  • You are dynamic, proactive, enthusiastic and are able to take initiatives
  • You are also organised, quality-oriented and you pay attention to details
