On regards of ticketing: - Arranges reservations and routings for passengers & groups upon request.
- Knowledge of Amadeus is advantage (training will be offered).
- Assigns specified space to customers and maintains computerized inventory of passenger space available.
- Determines whether space is available on travel dates requested by customer.
- Answers inquiries made by travel agencies
- Plans route and computes ticket cost, using schedules and computer.
- Sells and assembles tickets for transmittal or mailing to customers.
- Reads coded data on tickets, and apply rules according to the tickets.
- Telephones customer or Ticket Agents to advise of changes with travel conveyance or to confirm reservation.
- Announces arrival and departure information.
- Informs travel agents in other locations of space reserved or available.
- Check the payments related with it.
- Check daily the system queues, informing passengers about the changes occurred.
On regards flight operation: - Assist check-in: check ALTEA messages related to the flight, open with 2 hours before departure, briefing the agents according to the company rules, assist passengers, close check-in with 30minutes before departure.
- Assist arrival: check if passengers with connexion problems, UMNR or WHCR.
- Assist Departure: Over check if the services provided by the handling, fueling, catering companies are on time. Coordinates with the Alyzia. Assist boarding of the passengers.
- Taking payments for extra services, travel documents and the issue a proof of payment.
If the case, assist flight with delays and inform passengers about the reasons.
