Toon websitewww.energyville.be. We are currently looking for a Technician to join the current Facilities & Infrastructure team. You will join a small team that operates from the control room and is responsible for monitoring and managing technical installations and for the proper functioning of the warehouse. Your technical tasks mainly consist of 1st line support, minor maintenance tasks and the management and follow-up of external contractors. Co-managing the operation of the warehouse means that you receive and ship goods for internal customers. Good communication and meticulous follow-up of the administrative process are important in this regard. The site is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Technicians work alternately in an early and a late shift. The position reports to the Supervisor. In this job, your main tasks are: Technique:
- Daily monitoring of the technical installations (HVAC installations, security systems, compressed air, cooling water, gas detection, gas distribution, access control,...) on the basis of the building management system / logbooks.
- First-line interventions of installations that are out of service due to technical problems. Repairs are carried out independently in the first line or with the help/advice of a service engineer and assistants.
- Follow-up and management of contractors, based on work permits that are created in advance (for maintenance, repairs, project works, HookUp works, etc.).
- As a member of the intervention team within Energyville2, you will also take on the role of industrial helper (first aid), be able to work with breathing air and learn to act in various emergency scenarios. Training for this will be provided.

- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the warehouse, and strict adherence to all safety instructions.
- Receipt and storage of goods.
- Laboratory facility.
- Shipping of goods.
