• Analyzing needs in the monitoring domain, alongside experienced professionals and partners.
• Translating needs into an appropriate data model.
• Designing and creating visualizations to illustrate monitoring flows.
• Designing and implementing backend databases to store the required data.
• Concretizing monitoring flows for programmers to ensure accurate technical implementation.
• Monitoring implementation progress and correcting any errors or inefficiencies.
• Writing comprehensive documentation and reports to document monitoring solutions and share insights with stakeholders.

This is you:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data analysis, informatics, or related fields.
• The ability to analyze, identify, and solve complex problems through logical reasoning and applying problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of system architecture principles and patterns to design and evaluate complex IT systems.
• Knowledge of network protocols, topologies, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or scripting languages like PowerShell for automation and tool development.
• Experience with database systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL.
• Skill in using monitoring tools to monitor system, network environments, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies to plan, manage, and execute projects.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, such as design specifications, user manuals, and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English and preferably in French.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently while also being effective in a team.
