You will be at the forefront of our expansion, acting as the bridge between our potential customers and the technical teams to ensure our solutions meet market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and qualify incoming leads, ensuring a smooth and efficient conversion process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and implement marketing automation best practices.
- Work closely with the product team to provide insights on customer needs and market trends, influencing product development and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how our solutions can address their needs.
- Optimize the lead flow process, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness with the free trial project lead.
- Participate in the creation of marketing materials and sales strategies to better align with customer journeys and increase conversion rates with our marketing automation experts.
