Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant:
As a Recruitment Consultant you will:
- Be responsible for developing your own region and "hunting" new business opportunities
- Manage and advice your portfolio of clients and candidates
- Build close partnerships with clients by identifying their needs and help their business grow
- Lead the recruitment process from A to Z, from the interview to the offer stage
- Conduct interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
- Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates
- Have an involvement in the proposal process
- Celebrate successes with your team members
Profiel
Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant:
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Master's Degree
- At least 2 years of experience, preferably in Sales (Business to Business) or in Recruitment (Recruitment Consultant / Business Manager)
- Fluent in French & English - first command / understanding of Dutch is an added value
- Smart working ability
- Ambition, outgoing personality, and a will to win
- Willingness to learn and develop commercial skills
- Resilience and ability to manage up and downs
- Team player
