As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a strategic dual role: supporting talented individuals and meeting the needs of businesses.
Your main missions:
- Search and analyze CVs to identify top talent
- Conduct interviews and guide candidates throughout the process
- Understand client needs and recommend the right profiles
- Build your own client portfolio through active prospecting
- Be the vital link between companies and candidates, creating win-win opportunities
- Collaborate with your team to achieve goals
You'll receive full training to become a true recruitment expert: interview techniques, business development, client portfolio management, and more.

- Recent graduate (bachelor's or master's) or up to 2 years of experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English or French
- Sociable, curious, and a strong communicator
