- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve recruitment targets and objectives.
Profiel
A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:
- A background in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Fluency in English and French/Dutch; Dutch/French is a plus.
