Purchasing Assistant
Functieomschrijving
The Purchasing Assistant will assist the Procurement team in sourcing and procuring goods and services required for company operations.- Process purchase requests from internal customers;- Set up new vendors in the ERP system following procedures- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with relevant teams to ensure availability of necessary items- Ensure timely payments to suppliers together with Account Payable (Vendor Invoice Management)
- Support the procurement team in data analysis and KPI reporting- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and documentation related to purchasing activities- Run ERP reports and share results with procurement team- Maintain data in various systems
- Help buyers maintaining price info in system- Help buyers maintaining a Contract Management System (CMS)- Maintain year-orders in system
- Arranging meetings with stakeholders
Profiel
- Professional Bachelor- A good knowledge of English and Dutch is essential.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments- Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills- Proficiency in MS Office- SAP Knowledge is a plus
