Personal Assistant (M/F/X) - Brussels

Functieomschrijving

  • Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights and hotel bookings
  • Maintain and regularly update calendars and schedules
  • Handle follow-up for meetings and conferences, including registrations and invitations
  • Assist in preparing and formatting presentations and other materials
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure the smooth organisation of meetings: send out Outlook invitations, track RSVPs, arrange catering, and manage logistics

Profiel

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within an international environment
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Thrives in structured, process-driven environments
  • Comfortable working within clear procedures and established frameworks
  • Demonstrates excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
