Responsibilities: - Contract Management: Ensure the smooth execution of international contracts between clients and suppliers.
- Client and Supplier Communication: Collaborate with various client departments and coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Quality Assurance: Provide guidance on labelling and legal requirements for private brands, oversee proofreading and follow-up of product specifications, and ensure certification compliance with standards.
- Logistics Follow-Up: Monitor goods delivery by sea or road, ensuring adherence to agreed schedules.
- Customer Satisfaction: Manage customer satisfaction and handle complaints effectively.
- Daily Request Management: Meticulously handle daily qualitative follow-ups on various requests from our partners.
- Information Databases: Assist in upgrading and maintaining our follow-up databases.
