About the position: IFS is growing rapidly, to keep our community connected and our clients and teams informed, we are looking for a full time Marketing and Communication Specialist. You will be responsible for creating and managing all our internal and external communication. We are looking for a flexible and well organized person who can multitask and prioritize to support our marketing department. You will work closely together with our marketing and communications manager and with our team in Kenya to optimize the marketing and communication strategy processes and lead and support on different projects.The main tasks/responsibilities will be:

• Work withCreate together with the marketing manager to create and implement and execute the marketing and communication plan
• Implement via marketing and multimedia content the the Roll out corporate identity: for apply to all internal and external communications
• Responsible for producing content such as communication formats with customers: presentations, newsletters, etc. Which will be revised in the communication tools calendar.
• Managing and curating the existing social media channels (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram) this includes weekly updates as per the social media content plan.
• Translate projects into marketing and communication actions, where the commercial goals of the company are kept in mind.
• Develop and roll out marketing campaigns as per company needs, working together with the marketing manager.
• Produce and update content forManaging the company’s outfacing website, including and updating content in the CMS
• Managing communication internally through newsletter and other internal channels
• Expected to input into the visuals and design of assets of the content production flow, jointly with the rest of the marketing team and marketing manager. Coordinating, managing and executing graphic design
• Depending on the growth of our business, other tasks might be assigned

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or communications or equivalent
• At least 2-4 years working experience in a similar position
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of Graphics design software/[platforms (Adobe CC, Canva, Illustrator, etc)
• Copywriting in English
• Stress resistant and a proactive mentality
• Teamplayer
