Functieomschrijving

You will support the Chief Financial Officer & Vice President of ICT and their respective (management) teams to get things done in an efficient way:

  • Planning & admin tasks, organization of certain meetings and alignment with other management assistants for meetings with other VP's, overall logistics.
  • Organizing team events, practicalities & logistics, collecting offers.
  • Assist in logistics around the onboarding process of new team members.
  • Purchase Requisition creation process - avoid mistakes - support procurement.
  • Correspondence & communication with external partners.
  • Organize support with social events (wedding, birth, illness, goodbye...).
  • Other logistics (e.g. office supplies).
  • Travel logistics.
  • Support Staff meetings, follow-up of open actions.
  • Assist in preparing presentations or other documents.
  • Act as back-up for the Executive Assistant.

  • You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook/Word/ PowerPoint/Excel), SharePoint, One Drive, Teams and you are interested in constantly improving your skills in this regard.
