Functieomschrijving

As a Management Assistant (DU/FR/EN) your responsibilities are:

  • Provide administrative support to a partner.
  • Efficiently coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Handle business travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Maintain and update filing systems to ensure proper organization.
  • Assist with event planning and logistical coordination.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks performed.

Profiel

A successful Management Assistant (DU/FR/EN) should have:

  • Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience in administrative or secretarial roles within a law firm is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
