About Venn Venn located in Zaventem is a B2B managed service provider specializing in SDWAN technologies. We deliver stable and efficient VPN services to customers worldwide by taking all available Internet connections and connecting them into an unbreakable service. We have grown tremendously in the past year and are therefore expanding our activities. In 2020 we had over 200 customers with around 50 in construction.
This is what the job looks like Venn Telecom is expanding fast and is looking for a new logistics employee to join the Venn team. As a logistics employee, you will provide logistical support to the company's operational department. This ensures that all movements of goods are processed correctly. Daily orders are delivered and shipped. On the other hand, after receiving the internal order, he/she will ensure that goods are prepared on time and that the necessary documents are available. Also, he/she will work with the stock administrator and be part of the operations team. Some tasks highlighted; - Correctly process incoming orders, this includes; taking delivery, documenting and placing the material at the designated location - Return shipments: Receiving shipments and registering them, then returning the material to factory settings. Also documenting and reporting exceptions to the Stock administrator. - Performing stock counts on a regular basis. - Maintaining order and cleanliness in the stock and production areas. - Practical optimization of stock and production areas - Pre-provisioning: preparing hardware on the basis of the forecasts provided - Packing and shipping outgoing orders to customers and suppliers - Assisting drivers in picking up and shipping orders
