Functieomschrijving

As a Personal Assistant your responsibilities are:

  • Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations in German and English.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
  • Ensure smooth communication by handling calls and emails professionally.
  • Provide general assistance during meetings and events.

Profiel

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
