  • Organization of meetings and preparation of presentations, reports...
  • Participating in meetings and taking high quality minutes
  • Travel Management
  • Project Coordination
  • Key contact person for stakeholders wishing to connect with the C-Level

Profiel

  • Already has some experience as a Management or Executive Assistant in an international company
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Highly proactive, solution oriented, and able to anticipate needs
  • Able to handle confidential matters and show discretion
  • Excellent organizational & communication skills
