As an Executive Assistant of a C-level you will be responsible for:

  • Agenda management and organization of meetings.
  • Travel arrangements
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinating internal and external communications.
  • Assisting in international projects.
  • Organizing conferences and board meetings.

Profiel

The ideal Executive Assistant is someone (with):

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English and in Dutch or French.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
