Our client is a large, internationally active professional services firm operating in the consultancy space. * Manage time-sensitive invoicing tasks: converting opportunities into accurate invoices
* Maintain correct project data in CRM and follow up on documentation
* Provide administrative support for client engagements (proposals, billing status…)
* Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics where needed
* Handle internal and external communication on behalf of partners
* Ensure timely follow-up of financial items, hours and expenses
* Collaborate closely with finance and business support teams
Minimum 2 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Finance Assistant or similar
Experience in invoicing, billing coordination or finance admin - must have
Strong knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
Fluent in English + good level of French or Dutch
Experience in consulting or a Big 4 environment = strong asset
Hands-on, accurate and comfortable taking initiative
Able to work both independently and in a supportive team environment
Available immediately for a temporary assignment of min 6 months
Work in a highly professional international consultancy environment
