Nallian is a fast-growing tech scale-up that is already considered one of the leading players in the international air cargo industry when it comes to enabling collaboration. Our solutions empower the different parties in the supply chain to work better together by coordinating their activities and sharing data. So, cargo transportation becomes more efficient, safer and more sustainable. We work with some of the world’s largest airports and leading logistics players and we’re on a mission to enlarge our footprint in the market. Our head office is on the cargo side of Brussels Airport and we have colleagues in Frankfurt, Singapore and Hanoi. As a Project Manager, you serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, overseeing the successful implementation of projects and ensuring continued satisfaction throughout their journey with Nallian. Your role involves merging Project Management expertise with a technical-commercial mindset to navigate the entire customer experience. Additionally, you take charge of internal projects aimed at advancing Nallian's overall maturity. You will:
- Effectively steer customer projects, offer support in managing stakeholders and provide expertise in change management. This involves coordinating fit/gap assessments, configuration, and integration analyses, and monitoring the timeline leading up to the go-live phase and beyond.
- Act as the liaison between the customer and internal Nallian teams (analysts, implementation consultants, product managers, OPS, etc.), ensuring project realization within specified scope, budget, and timeframe.
- Report regularly to both the customer and the Nallian management, promptly escalating any deviations from the project plan.
- Sustain engagement with customers post-implementation, exploring opportunities for further SaaS utilization, identifying upselling possibilities, managing contract renewals, assessing customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the customer to uncover potential selling opportunities within their network.
- Offer valuable input to the Product Team, contributing insights that help identify opportunities for developing new products or extending existing ones.
