World Kidney Day (50%)
- Lead the management and enhancement of WKD's social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels, in coordination with the WKD Campaign Manager.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the WKD campaign communication strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and audience engagement objectives.
- Draft and curate WKD-relevant content for various publications, including advocacy papers, social media toolkits, and reports.
- Support the coordination and management of the WKD stakeholders’ network (e.g., organize calls, take minutes, answer public inquiries).
- Assist in coordinating and managing the WKD stakeholders' network by organizing meetings, scheduling calls, maintaining records of discussions, and responding to inquiries from the public and stakeholders.
Advocacy (50%)
- Coordinate online meetings and other external events.
- Draft presentations, speeches, press releases and social media updates for both internal and external audiences.
- Record minutes of the meetings and preparing leadership reports for various internal audiences.
- Support the ISN Advocacy team in various administrative and governance tasks.
- Foster effective communication by liaising with members, supporting Working Groups, and Regional Boards.
Profiel
- Excellent knowledge of multi-channel social media communication: Proficient in drafting engaging captions, utilizing graphic design tools, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
- C2 Level Written and Spoken English.
Desired
- University Degree in Politics, International Relations, or Communications.
- 1 year experience in the health policy sector, ideally within a membership body.
- Knowledge of global health issues, particularly in the realm of non- communicable diseases.
- Demonstrated advocacy skills and good understanding of the health policy discourse.
- Previous experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software e.g. Salesforce and Member Suite.
- Proven ability to produce results within tight deadlines and under pressure.
