Key responsibilities include:
- Offering administrative assistance and support for sales and logistics to the sales team.
- Handling phone calls from customers, suppliers, and carriers.
- Overseeing the process of checking, recording, managing, and tracking orders, as well as managing supplies and shipments.
- Ensuring the proper control of transport, customs, and insurance documents.
- Managing databases for contacts and items.
- Processing customer billing, verifying, and recording purchase and transport invoices.
- Performing filing, recording, and general secretarial duties.
