The role includes the following tasks:
- Organizing activities within the AnSyMo/CoSys core lab of Flanders Make, including preparation, monitoring, and execution of administrative, logistical, and/or technical tasks: coordinating meetings between professors and business developers, monitoring internal and external deadlines, tracking steering group tasks, KPI reporting, budget monitoring, procurement and ordering tracking, etc.
- Collecting and managing data and information: personnel list of the core lab, collaborations, and research projects in the Flanders Make CRM system, publications of the core lab, etc.
- Providing accurate information to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders orally, in writing, or electronically: preparing cluster steering groups, core lab review meetings, coordination with core lab manager and business developer, etc.
- When achieving objectives, adhere to provided instructions and regulations.
