- Build long term relationships with corpo/mice/leisure accounts
- Match customer needs with hotel needs
- Develop & maintain the production & relation
- Proactively seek information about corpo, mice & leisure accounts
- Deep analysis of the company – qualified research
- Prospecting defined in a Key Accounting planning based on the region
- Negotiation of « corporate contracts », business development & follow up of the bids and RFPs process
- Monthly follow up of the results per market
- Deliver/prospect new potential customers
- Update CRM with all relevant information for each account in terms of contacts, tasks, calls, meetings
- Participation to the global sales activities & attend fairs and meet with clients.
- Weekly/monthly reporting of the global sales activities to execute the Account Planning & sales target.
